All of these aspect of life tie into your overall health. You could eat the best, cleanest diet, but if you are not getting proper sleep, your overall health will suffer. Likewise, if everything else on your life wheel scores high but you have high amounts of stress, there are no amounts of supplements or good food that will put you in peak health. This is why I place equal importance in all of the above areas when I coach clients. I partner with them to work on any areas they need assistance with, via accountability, strategies and knowledge bombs to help them succeed. My job is to help move the needle on their Overall Health in the right direction.
